Rest 30 seconds after each exercise before moving on to the next 🙌🏼 repeat circuit if you’re up for it woohooo

1️⃣ 20 reps | 10 single leg weighted crunch on each leg. I also show how you’d do this with no weight

2️⃣ 15 reps | hip ups... be sure to hold a slow and controlled movement up and down. Hold on to something stable and weighted like I’m doing

3️⃣ 20 reps | around the world crunches with a single-leg emphasis as the top! I also show how you’d do this without weight for a beginner modification

4️⃣ 20 reps | 10 bicycle crunches followed by a 5 second hold at the top, then move on to the other side

5️⃣ 12 reps! Holding a high plank, bring opposite elbow to opposite knee for an oblique crunch and then bring it to your chest. Both movements on one side is 1 rep

Excess of protein intake does not mean faster results and huge muscles. 
Our body is way smarter than we think.

Doesn’t matter how much protein you intake, body absorbs a certain amount of protein only for the repair of muscles, recovery, growth and some organs functioning. Rest surplus protein excretes through waste and if it’s still in your system, it may convert into fat by over spilling.

Protein digestion and absorption depends on many factors such as, muscle size, muscle maturity, tensed muscle, workout history, training regime, protein synthesis, body composition, etc.

If one consumes too much of protein (even from the natural foods) and do not drink adequate amount of water, one may have to face kidney issues in the long run. Adequate water intake may kill 90% of the upcoming disease and disorders in your body.

Due to less water intake, kidneys has to function more to filter and in the exaggeration they may fail / damage. 
Now people do not understand this water factor and then blame whey protein and other supplements if something bad takes place. 
_
Eat a proper balanced diet. 
Remember: YOUR ENTIRE BODY WEIGHT DO NOT REQUIRE PROTEIN. YOUR MUSCLES REQUIRE PROTEIN.
