Josh, the leader of Banditos.
Josh has been depicted as many controversial characters by different theories: someone sees him as an ex-Bishop, others think that he's made many exploits and attempts to escape Dema.
But if there's one thing everybody agrees with, is that Josh is clearly one step higher in importance than any other Bandito. The storyline seems to bring him up as an important figure in the fictional world of Trench, and that's why we should pay more attention to the traits that distinguish him.
The yellow tape is a fundamental element in the whole Trench world: it's said to be used as a way for Banditos to recognize each other, but it's also used as a shield to protect and highlight important things. Josh's way of taping his clothes surely isn't random. Let's take a closer look at it.
He tapes a big yellow cross on his chest, and then he tapes his leg, over and a little above his knee.
The tape on his chest forms a cross exactly over his heart: it's probably to symbolize the fact that Josh values love and affection as one of the most important things in his life.
And what about the tape on his knee? On 30th October 2015, during a show in Milwaukee, Josh and Tyler tattoed each other's names on their legs. From that day, Josh has Tyler's name tattoed a little above his knee. That means, Tyler is one of the most precious things in Josh's life.
