Build your health with solid foundational principles.

You wouldn’t build a house without foundations would you? If you did the first storm that came along would topple it.

As a health coach I teach 6 foundational principles, the stronger your base, the more resilience and fundamentally the more choice you have.

Think of the principles as spokes on a wheel 🚴‍♂️ when the spokes are straight and tight, the wheel runs perfectly, being able to with stand bumpy ground, if 1 or 2 spokes become loose, it may be able to function OK but become exposed to damage, having more spokes loose will inevitably end in problems!

Before you start popping pills and going under the knife, take a look at these foundational principles and ask yourself which spokes need attention:

1. THINKING - do I have a good mental and emotional management?

2. BREATHING - what’s my quality of breathing like? Am I conscious of my breath?

3. HYDRATION- Do I drink enough quality water?

4. DIET - Do have good digestion, eat organic, free range foods and eat your own needs? 
5. MOVEMENT- do I balance different types of movement based on my energy levels? What’s my posture like? 
6. SLEEP - Do I get regularly get enough quality sleep, waking up feeling rested and ready to take on the day?

My advice would be to make small changes to the principles that need work, changing too much is not sustainable. 
The great thing about this holistic approach is trusting in your bodies ability to heal, all you have to do is give it what it needs and watch the magic happen 😀
