Road tripping ten hours home from my sister’s college graduation and wishing I had some of this banana bread to revive me🤩 but she slept 9 hours total over the past three nights combined so I guess she’s the one who really needs the revival. I hope you all had a great weekend!! ♥️

Every time I make banana bread it’s always a bit different based on what I have but it usually goes a lil something like this:
♥️2 cups “flour” (use oat flour, almond flour, wheat flour, up to 1 cup of @nuzest protein powder, just NOT coconut because it works differently)
♥️3 or 4 mushy bananas smashed plus one cut up in chunks ♥️1/2 cup liquid (I usually do 1/4 cup apple sauce and 1/4 cup coconut oil or nut butter)
♥️ 2 flax eggs or eggs
♥️ pinch of salt, cinnamon, baking powder, splash of vanilla
♥️mix ins of choice like chocolate chips, nuts, berries

Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the wet. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 until done to your liking!.

• 1 tsp Ghee
• 1/2 Avocado
• 4 oz Grass Fed (1) Ground Beef [i go 20% fat more flavour] ((1) contains more nutrients and they are calorie free
• 1 cup chopped spinach or collard greens
• 1 cup chopped mushrooms
🕺🏼 Salt to taste.

👉🏼 How the Magic Happens ✨
1.
Form a Pattie or use a Pattie maker like I did ;-)
2.
Preheat cast iron pan to medium high
3.
Add the ghee, Cook the Pattie, dont not touch for 3 minutes.
4. Sauté the mushrooms and spinach until wilted on the other side  around 3 minutes.
5. Turn over Pattie and repeat ^ 3 Minutes do not touch or fiddle! Otherwise will not create a crust and will stick and break!
6.
Slice an avocado 🥑 
7.
Turn heat off and place a spinach a spinach leaf like a wrap or use collard green or lettuce wrap, whatever is at your disposal!
8.
Season to taste, Tuck in and enjoy!
Add some tomatoes for some freshness & herbs 🌿

And if i’m being honest, I may have cried for an hour on my drive back to Philly today because I seriously loved Providence College. Best decision I made and so grateful for all of the friends I made, the memories, field hockey, the New England life, and so much more. It’s definitely going to be a transition living back in Philly area (and starting a real job in exactly 3 weeks 😅) but here we go lol, i guess you can’t do college you’re whole life 🤷🏻‍♀️ But finally getting home, to the grocery store and enjoying my FAVORITE summer meal outside ☺️

Placed two frozen 16oz steak portions in the sous vide pot at 125F for two hours to thaw, then blotted them dry and re-bagged with salt, pepper and rosemary another two hours at 125F.

Seared in hot bacon grease about a minute per side.
Served with Kerrygold butter and an absolutely perfect Saint-Émilion from @tessas_office — Tessa picked this out for me — I would have never found this on my own — it is an incredible value also — I’ll be back for more this week.

The venison was a gift from a friend — steaks from two deer — we paid butcher $3 per pound to process — this meat cost me $6; this quantity would be 5 or 10 time more at a city restaurant and it is as good as filet mignon — order 32oz filet mignon next time you are out and let me know what it cost 😳
