So many of you regularly make them (often to go with my popular Lentil Dal) and I love reading all of your comments and messages about them.⠀
You only need 4 ingredients and 15 minutes for these light fluffy naan. Easily vegan.⠀

Indian takeaway is, in general, the vegan's friend. With so many great veggie based options it's hard to go wrong.
Sadly the only thing off-limits is the naan, which also happens to be one of my favourite things 🤔

For this recipe, it is important to have a gas stove and a tawa pan.
Maida(white flour) 300 gm
Active dry yeast 1 tsp. (To make yeast solution, add Lukewarm water 100ml, Salt 1 tsp and Sugar 1 tsp. Keep for 10-15 mins for activation. It gets swollen)
Curd 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Black cumin and coriander leaves
1. Mix flour, yeast solution and curd.
2. Knead with lukewarm(in winter)/room temp water to make a soft dough with 1 tbsp oil.
3. Keep for 2 hours. Dough will increase in size. 4. Knead again with another tbsp of oil. Divide the dough into 4-5 parts
5. Roll and flatten them to naan bread sizes. Sprinkle black cumin and coriander leaves over one side. And poke with a fork over the surface.
6. Wet the back side of the naan with a bit of water and put it over a heated tawa (with the wet side on the tawa surface).
7. Once the top surface starts to change colour, flip the tawa (with the naan sticking to it) to make the naan directly face the fire and roast till it's cooked.
8. Take the naan off from the tawa and apply butter and serve hot! .

A noteworthy dish is definitely the butter chicken. As y’all know, I’m all about the “perfect bite”.
