Gym is my PLAYGROUND. 🤸🏼‍♂️
Fitness is supposed to be F U N. 
It doesn’t have to be a serious activity. It’s about moving your body in a way that you love & enjoy. 
Some days I put my game face on & plan a killer workout 😎 & other days I rock up & PLAY AROUND with different movements. ✌🏼
I see fitness as a wonderful celebration of what our bodies are capable of. 😁

I'm very happy with my progress and wanted to share my success in my fitness journey. 2 months ago I weighed in at 205 pounds and now a leaner 187. Of course the hardest thing to do especially at my age is getting the stubborn tummy tighter. But I will get there. Just remember doing anything new and challenging is always difficult at 1st but if you do it consistently especially for 2 weeks it becomes a habit then after that a life style. Just keep going and remember do it for you and your health,  mentally and physically.
