I’ve had such a productive day!! I got up early, finished an assignment, went to class, handed in my assignment & then went to the gym 💪🏼
I participated in a group class & I have to say that it was such an intense workout 🏋🏽♀️ After that, I did some groceries 🥕& then I cooked dinner 🍝 while listening to a podcast about Marie Antoinette by @thehistorychicks (which was so interesting btw). I’m going to relax for a bit now and then study more tonight 💖

What’s your favorite fruit/vegetable? When I was younger, my mom would make me fruit snacks in the afternoon and serve veggies with every dinner. I am grateful that she did, because it has stuck with me and now I am doing the same thing. -
Fruits and veggies are amazing study snacks. I always feel very refreshed after eating them. Not only that, studies have shown that including more fruits and vegetables in your diet can help improve your concentration and memory, and reduce fatigue. It also keeps you hydrated!
