I am sending out an unbelievable amount of gratitude to everyone who attended the Masterclass at @abbeyroadinstau on Friday. It was genuinely refreshing to see so many individuals who came with an open mind driven to learn and engage with what I had to say. Sincerely, humbling.
Big props also to Alex Centofanti for providing the fire mix for a small mastering demonstration.
I have spoken at events and on panels before, but never SOLO, so this was a BIG deal for me. I learnt a whole lot, like; - Fuck slides; I'm better following the room and where they drive and steer a discussion
- Answer first; explain later (I tend to babble on a bit before getting to the point)
- Leave people with an email to contact me with further questions they may have.
That said; for those of you who attended and were curious about some of the resources I spoke about; I'm going to list what I can remember off the top of my head in this post;
For those asking about contracts and arts law; go to Arts Law Victoria, for students, the membership is $160 per year which includes two document review advices in a 12 month period, in and amongst a list of other benefits.
For positioning and differentiation, I recommended you guys go to read ZAG by @marty_neumeier .
I use @quickbooks for my book-keeping alongside @hubspot for my customer relationship management.
