1 oz Passionfruit Juice ⠀
.50 oz Fresh Lime ⠀
.50 Lavender Syrup ⠀
1 oz Egg Whites
Combine all ingredients into tin and dry shake (no ice) for 10 seconds to froth the foam. Add in a few cubes and whip shake for 5 seconds. Double strain into a coup glass and garnish with edible glitter. =======================
This riff on a Pisco Sour goes totally glam as we swap in @unclevals with lime, passionfruit and lavender syrup. The drink is very tropical and light with a lot of aromatics. Add in the egg whites and some edible glitter and you have yourself a party 🎊🎊
