This program is absolutely amazing! I woke up so sore in a good way but I was thankful that @joelfreemanfitness gave us a rest day in the middle of the week as well as the weekend! Most programs don’t do this. I’m usually sore working out all week but this program is designed to define muscles shred fat and allow your muscles to rest and heal! . . If you are still looking for perfect timing this is it. . . You can’t sit around waiting for the perfect time to do something for yourself because to tell you the truth if you don’t want it bad enough excuses will just keep getting in the way. If you want it bad enough you will make sacrifices to make it happen. I knew I needed a change. I was never insecure about myself until I reached adulthood and I started gaining weight drinking binging on my netflix shows while eating a whole bag of chips in one sitting etc. I started to hide my body and stress out going to the beach and having to show my “bikini bod” that I clearly didn’t have anymore. Stress and more stress just kept on coming. From student loans piling up like crazy to starting a full time big girl job purchasing a house at a young age yay me! But those bills……man! So then Beachbody came into my life. At first I thought it was scammy and thought I could never succeed at something like this. I had no money to start remember all of those bills?? But I knew this was it. This was what was going to make me happy. . . I was going to * be my own boss * work from home * get in shape * help others with similiar goals as me * make an extra income to reduce some of those loans! . . At this point I went onto Facebook yardsale sites and started selling the shit out of my stuff that I didn’t need in order to come up with the money to start this next chapter of my life! And then I did it. I started talking to my coach and took a leap of faith. I began sharing my fitness journey and met some amazing people along the way! It’s literally like a whole new family over the internet that supports and motivates each other! I got to help several people make a change in their lives which is truly amazing! I also began to see changes in my own body which made me feel a little less insecure and I actually started seeing real paychecks going into my bank account every week!! . .
