I am doing something that I’ve never done before — logging my calorie intake and macronutrients so I can see where I’m at and what I need to adjust to achieve optimal results with #GFHG 😁 I learned all about macros and micros and all the good stuff surrounding sports nutrition during my schooling to become an #rhn so I’m going to pop open the ole textbook Complete Guide to Sports Nutrition and then adjust my macros if need be. Kind of nervous also kind of excited. • I also used the website that Grace suggests in her guide to find out my total daily energy expenditure how many calories you burn in an entire day which includes both your ‘active’ and ‘inactive’ normal things like breathing and digesting lol calories. I also have my Fitbit which tracks TDEE so I can always use that number if I begin to feel it’s more accurate. Another great thing about the textbook is that it actually has all of the formulas so you can manually figure out your TDEE but I’m feeling lazy on that end lol. • I’m excited! I’m not planning to get super into tracking just enough so I can learn where I am with my cals/macros where I need to be and to have the knowledge to continue on intuitively after that. I hope that all made sense ✌🏻 • It’s 330AM here and I’m tired lol but SO looking forward to my workout after work today. I think my legs are even more sore today than they were yesterday. Last night my throat started killing me and this morning I woke up and it was unbearable. Went through my work day it got worse and I also developed a really bad headache. Literally got sick out of nowhere. I’m determined to feel better by Monday so I can smash my next workout. In the meantime I will enjoy this bath with my homemade lavender bath bomb then look forward to watching the latest episode of Tokyo Ghoul RE with some tea afterwards 👌🏻 *the black floaters are lavender petals 😆

I’m hitting an energy slump. This entire week has been exhausting — it’s Thursday and I haven’t done a workout yet pic from last week after leg day. My body is just absolutely exhausted from my legs to my mind. Idk what’s wrong with me and why this continually happens but it seems as though I’ll have one or two perfect weeks and then hardly be able to get out of bed the next. I’m definitely eating enough trust me 😂 Maybe it’s the weather. I always feel great when the sun pokes through ☀️ I’ll do my best to get my workout in today.. even if it’s a late one 😌 Today will be #legday ✌🏻 #legday
